Mahola Hôtesses is convinced that respecting ethical and sustainable values is also a guarantee of quality service; this is why it is committed to:
Being a signatory of the UN Global Pact and the Diversity Charter, as well as having an Ethics Charter.
For Mahola Hôtesses, and its customers, the quality of a hospitality service rests as much on the well-being of its staff as respecting ethical criteria. The agency fights against employment discrimination in areas including ethical diversity, incorporating disabled people and older people.
It is also committed to respecting associates on sites, in order to ensure their well-being and safety in their place of work.
Mahola Hôtesses has already adopted a series of environmental measures: uniforms and covers in biodegradable cotton, “green” dry cleaning solutions, a policy that aims at being paperless, car sharing, and local booking.
Mahola Hôtesses supports the Foundation for Childhood, conducting the hospitality at International Nights for Childhood and invests, through donations, in the Nature and Childhood associations and The Children of Nianing (Senegal). It also supports and contributes to helping the “Adwa Tazart Glaoua” association in its effort to emancipate and educate women at the foot of the Atlas Mountains in Morocco.
